About the game

Mad Doctors is a runner racing game where you sprint through crazy hospital halls, dodge danger, and try to last as long as you can in this endless run.

How to play

Use the arrow keys or swipe to switch lanes and keep moving forward. Slide under carts, avoid spills, and weave past sudden obstacles without slowing down. Pick up coins and power-ups along the way, then use your coins to unlock new doctors with helpful perks that can keep your run going longer.

Tip save speed or invincibility boosts for the busiest hallways so you can push through tight crowds safely.
